Inclusions & substitutions. Packages typically include round-trip airfare and hotel as described by GVV. Hotels may be listed as “or similar,” meaning a comparable property may be substituted by the provider. Flights may be basic-economy; seat selection, checked bags, and upgrades may cost extra and vary by airline.

Refunds & changes. Unless otherwise stated by GVV, most packages are non-refundable after 24 hours from purchase. GVV’s optional protection plans may provide travel credit (not cash) for covered cancellations—review the policy details on GVV before buying. All itinerary changes, cancellations, and customer-service issues must be handled directly with GVV.

Promo codes. Any promo codes (e.g., seasonal offers) are managed by GVV and subject to their terms, eligibility, and end dates.

Travel requirements. You are responsible for meeting all entry, visa, health, and documentation requirements for your trip. Consider purchasing separate travel insurance.
